Early Years and Reception tutor

Anne is an very experienced, engaging and patient tutor. After living in Germany for four years we came back to discover our 8 year old daughter was almost 2 years behind the U.K. curriculum. We started weekly lessons with Anne in January 2020 and that extra support from her has really helped our daughter to catch up. Anne keeps her lessons effective, engaging and fun and as our daughter has concentration issues this has really helped. Anne is very supportive and understands that each child learns best through different methods of teaching. Her advice and lessons have been invaluable during the extended period away from school. We plan to keep working with Anne to ensure that our daughter continues to grow more confident and thrive once she is back in the classroom.

Early Years and Reception tutor

My daughter is dyslexic, with high iq but she finds reading writing very difficult as result of this she is struggling at school we tried to get help for her studies, but unfortunately not many people or teachers know how best to help her. Anne was excellent from the first lesson she understood my daughters way of learning and explained to us now we know how to help her to some degree. After couple of lessons we have made substantial progress, her teaching technique is very effective and her kind, considered and approachable personality make the whole experience very pleasant.

Early Years and Reception tutor

Miss Hayley came to tutor my 8 year old son. We have only had a few lessons so far but I really like her professionalism and attention to detail. She carried out an assessment prior to setting her lesson plan and I was really impressed with how she carried out the whole assessment, which was pretty in depth and comprehensive. She is so gentle and kind with her approach and yet very effective and precise with her lessons, and she is very good at tailoring her lessons accordingly to need. My son loves his lessons and he is always looking forward to them. I hope that we can continue with these lessons for the long run. Thank you.
