Phil was enormously helpful in preparing my daughter for her GCSE maths exams. He explained the concepts, skills and solutions to questions very clearly. My daughter finally understood aspects of maths she had been struggling with for a long time. There was lots of exam practice so she could learn to interpret the questions correctly. Phil was very encouraging and built my daughter's confidence considerably over the three months of lessons. At the end of her last tutoring session she said "I'm sorry maths tutoring has finished!".
