Finding the Right Science Tutor, Made Simple
We know you want the best for your child, but finding the right tutor can feel overwhelming. That's why we don't ask you to scroll through lists. Instead, you answer a few short questions about your child – their subject, their level, and how they learn best. We then carefully match them with a Science tutor who truly understands how to build confidence and explain complex ideas clearly.
From your home in bournemouth, your child can access expert tutors from anywhere in the UK. This means no travel, no disruption to family plans, and sessions that fit around busy schedules. If the first tutor isn't quite right, we'll rematch them at no extra charge. We aim for support that works for your child, in your home, on your terms.

Science Tutor - Recently Qualified Doctor for All Subjects (inc UCAT)
I am a science tutor who helps students make sense of difficult topics through careful questioning, discussion and practice.I teach science and support students with exam preparation, focusing on understanding rather than memorising isolated facts. My approach can be used for any science topic you want to explore, whether you need to clarify a particular area, build confidence with exam questions or develop a reliable routine before an exam. As no question is a silly question, you can ask about anything that is unclear and we can work through it together.I usually begin with a mock exam or practice...

Sam L
Sam is a fantastic chemistry tutor. He has years of experience teaching chemistry at secondary school level, so he understands exactly what common challenges students face and how to help them overcome them.
He is extremely patient, encouraging, and supportive, and his teaching style is clear and easy to understand. He has been teaching my son for more than three months, and the improvement has been remarkable.
When we started with Sam, my son scored 6 out of 20 in a school chemistry test. Three months later, he scored 16 out of 19 in his latest exam! My son told us that chemistry used to be his weakest subject, and it is now his strongest.
We couldn't be happier with the progress he has made. Sam has not only helped improve my son's grades but has also given him much more confidence in the subject.
We highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for an excellent chemistry tutor. Thank you, Sam, for all your hard work and support!
