Lorrayne was extremely kind, patient and understanding when working with my son. He has cerebral palsy, selective mutism and anxiety, so finding the right tutor who truly understands his needs is very important to us.
She took the time to speak with me in detail to understand Isaac’s background and the challenges he faces in school. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she is about supporting children with anxiety and communication difficulties. Isaac felt comfortable during the session and was able to engage with the activities she set, which was very encouraging for us.
Lorrayne also shared helpful ideas and strategies to support Isaac’s communication and confidence, which showed how experienced she is working with children with additional needs.
