Amy is very patient with my little boy, and mixes up the lessons based on his ability. She's great engaging with him based on his own interests and integrating that into his reading and spelling lessons. He's very happy and comfortable with Amy and I'm very happy with his progress.

I contacted Jools because my daughter was having confidence issues within school that were beginning to slow her progress. Right from our first conversation Jools was easy to talk to and had some great ideas on how to help her. My daughter has now been seeing Jools on a regular basis at our home for about 6 months, we and the school have seen a marked improvement in her learning and attitude toward it in this time. She was especially struggling with reading and has some dyslexic traits although not diagnosed, Jools has shown her some really great methods to help her overcome these and she is now a much more confident reader. Our daughter views Jools as a friend and confidant and is always keen to have a session with her, she has opened up to Jools about the issues he has with learning and life in general, which is something we had struggled to get her to do in the past. I really can’t stress enough what a positive impact Jools’ sessions have had on my daughters confidence and learning ability she always worked the sessions around our timetable and kept us informed of the content and techniques she had suggested throughout the sessions.
