It has been an absolute pleasure working with Heather. I recently failed my dissertation and had to resubmit it this summer. I was so disheartened, as this was such a big piece of work which I had spent so long on – I thought I had to start all over again. I messaged Heather, as her qualification was the closest to the subject I was studying. She also had excellent reviews and seemed to have quite a bit of experience. Heather was very quick to reply to my initial message. She was very open and upfront about her strengths and limitations which I greatly appreciated. In our first session, I outlined my goals and we discussed and agreed how we were going to achieve these. Heather made the process very easy, and broke sections of my work up into smaller sections to help me fully understand the content and learning objectives. She was able to read and critique my work, and help me understand what needed to be done, and how to go about doing it. I have had numerous 1-2-1 sessions with my university tutors, who often spoke in academic jargon which I sometimes found difficult to understand – Heather was able to simplify things for me to ensure I had a full understanding of what was required. In a few sessions, I went from feeling stressed out, confused and hopeless, to fully understanding, and even enjoying writing my dissertation! I 100% recommend Heather as a tutor. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to re-submit my dissertation confidently without her help. She is patient, knowledgeable and is able to simplify things in a way that’s easy to understand. Thank you so much for your help

Aaron is an enthusiastic and friendly teacher. He quickly understood what I need to improve, and gave me valuable pieces of advice. If you want to prepare for an interview he is definitely the right person to train you. He has a broad general knowledge and good tutor instincts. He knows when to boost your confidence but also how to guide you to the important things. Overall an experience that I will repeat it to improve my skills.
