Alexandra is an amazing tutor and honestly I cannot stress enough how helpful she has been in teaching me. She is super kind and is always willing to help with any topic and she goes out of her way to prepare resources, like history extracts/sources/essay questions for lessons. She also is willing to answer questions outside of lessons and it is clear that she has passion for teaching her subject to her students. Lessons with Alexandra are effective as she teaches both content and exam techniques and essay skills, preparing students for A-level exams. She has also been supportive throughout the A-level exam period, offering extra support if needed. Alexandra has been an amazing tutor and I have always looked forward to having lessons with her.

I’ve had many lessons with Irem and every single one has made a real difference in my understanding and confidence in IB Chemistry. She has an amazing ability to break down complex topics and explain them in a way that finally makes sense. Whenever I struggled with a concept, she was always patient and thorough, helping me to understand it on a deeper level. We also worked through lots of IB past paper questions, which was incredibly helpful in preparing me for the actual exams. It really boosted my confidence and made me feel much more familiar with the types of questions and how to approach them. On top of that, she’s just a genuinely kind, supportive, and engaging person who creates a really comfortable learning environment. Although I’ve now finished my exams, I’m so grateful to have had her as my tutor and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Genevieve is an excellent tutor. My son is really enjoying his lessons with her and I can see that he is making really good progress. She is always really well prepared and provides helpful and constructive feedback after each lesson. I am confident that he is going to do very well in his GCSE Spanish next summer. Genevieve, I just want to take this opportunity to tell you that I can’t put into words how much I appreciate all the help you have given Alex over the years. You have been so amazing! At one point, before the GCSE exams, he absolutely hated Spanish and wanted to drop it. Then we found you, he massively improved and achieved an A! He grew to love the language so much through your lessons, he decided to continue to A’level and you have supported him through this. It is now his strongest subject thanks to you. I am so sad that you will no longer be tutoring him after these exams, but so glad that you can now help his younger brother follow the same path.

Amazing lessons, Incredible teacher! I’ve made so much progress in a short time

I started with Rocío earlier this year, after my previous tutor moved away from teaching.I wanted to improve my Spanish ability, and start revising for the official DELE levels. I feel that I have improved immensely with Rocío. Her structure of lessons makes it really easy to see quick improvements in my own abilities. Moreover, her understanding of the Spanish language grammatically really helps me better understand why things are the way they are, rather than just being told 'thats just how it is'. I have my first exam coming up soon, and I feel very prepared. I would recommend Rocío to anyone.

David has genuinely gone above and beyond as a tutor. His feedback is always incredibly detailed and constructive, and he’s taken the time to support me far beyond just the lessons. He has helped me build much more confidence in Sociology. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
