Hi, this tutoring rate is for a 45 mins Maths tutoring session, as I think this is a good time length for teaching Maths and Biology.I'm almost fully booked now for regular weekly Mon - Fri sessions from September.I do have weekend availability.I am usually available to chat/discuss/respond to questions during the day as think its important that we work as a team, to help your child achieve their best.I'm a qualified teacher, and have taught at schools for many years (qualified as a teacher in 1999).I have also been tutoring now for over three years, and have tutored over 1000 sessions (mainly...

I recently took early retirement to do something new - online tutoring and delivering Science to local Primary schools with my barn owl, kestrel and peregrine falcon. I've taught in a mainstream school for almost 20 years and then went to work for 5 years in a Pupil Referral Unit, working mostly with students with medical conditions but also with those who had been permanently excluded from school. These lessons were conducted on a small group basis or one to one, sometimes at a student's own home or even using a weird robot over the internet! My lessons are flexible, likely to run off a little...

Hi, For the last 6 years I have been an online tutor for sciences and maths. Since graduating in physics and the University of Bristol I didn't think I would end up teaching but the more I do it the more I enjoy it! In these last few years I have taught hundreds lessons to students from all ages, backgrounds and abilities for all science subjects from KS3 up to A level in all different exam boards in the UK. Also in this time have learnt how to structure lessons so we can get the most from our time. In general this depends on what the student needs to improve on: 1) Explain and Test...
