Very good teacher.
Tom is a brilliant guitar tutor with lots of patience for beginners! He allowed me to choose what to go over, while guiding me with what he thought was best. It was clear that he was very talented though and would have no trouble with more advanced people. Definitely recommend.
Incredibly talented teacher who makes lessons relevant to the student and their likes. Very pleasant as a person and always willing to answer questions and make sure that myself as a student is comfortable and fully confident with what I’m being taught.
I was self taught prior to these lessons and Tom really helped me break through a plateaux in my guitar playing. I feel I have a much broader knowledge of chord/scale theory, improved intuition navigating the fretboard, and generally boosted confidence in playing and improvising. The lessons were relaxed and Tom gauged my current skill level well so that no time was wasted on things too easy or too difficult for me. Jazz can seem quite obscure and intimidating to relatively inexperienced players like myself but now that it's been demystified my personal practice has become much more fruitful.
Dave is very punctual and he has great patience and understanding considering I have never even picked up a Guitar. I look forward to my lesson on a weekly basis and I'm hoping with Dave's help his instructions and his great patience I will someday be able to play the Guitar Myself. Thanks Dave
Thanks to good communication skills and clear explanations you always get useful stuff from each lesson. The atmosphere is friendly and the tutor adjusts new knowledge accordingly to your level.
