I was failing and struggling in Higher English and was not understanding it at all. At the start of January I got Caroline as a tutor who improved my grade to a D in my prelim and eventually a B in the exam. I could not recommend Caroline more as she saved my English grade. She taught me short cuts and formulas to answer the questions and went through how my answers were wrong. This made me understand English even more than I did at Nat 5 so overall she is the best teacher you can have if you are struggling.

She made the girls feel comfortable straight away with her calm, friendly and kind nature. This gave them the confidence to really engage and communicate well during the lessons.
