Clare K
Dyslexia tutor
Lessons are always well organized and structured. Finlay always goes to the lessons with appropriate work set for him. Always a sense that the correct level of care and attention is being put into the lesson, and that things aren’t being made up on the spot. Finlay has built a good relationship with Clare and I feel has been firm but fun and fair. The lessons are fun with content that Finlay enjoys but Clare has always pushed Finlay into achieving what he is capable of. Clare has been one of Finlay's biggest supporters. Sometimes as a parent its easy to forget the unique talents that your child has. Clare has always ensured that she praises Finlay for the things he is good at and has always reminded me how much he is capable of. Clare was instrumental in getting Finlay's diagnosis for Dyslexia and Dysgraphia arranged and giving me the push I needed to get this arranged. She has always taken feedback from me around these areas whilst also being prepared to push and challenge me in looking at what Finlay is capable of. I have felt as involved as I needed to be as a parent, with free discussion around what Finlay should work on next and what areas I would like to see him work on. Clare has always come up with solutions that have made me feel listened to, whilst driving Finlay's work and tutoring in the right direction. Clare has shown consideration and flexibility to the time constraints that Finlay is under due to living in 2 locations. ============================================================================================== Overall the lessons with Clare have achieved everything I expected and hoped for. It has been great to see the progress that Finlay is making. It has really got him back on track with a few areas that he struggles with and he has begun to get a better understanding of what is needed in an exam and educational environment to ensure that he can achieve everything that he is capable of.

Doria P
Dyslexia tutor
Doria has been teaching my 8yo daughter for 2 months now and she has got her totally engaged in her sessions–she really looks forward to Doria’s visits. Doria has created her a bespoke learning plan that is focussed on teaching her how a dyslexic person should be taught, as such she's coming on so quickly: as she catches up on what she's been unable to absorb through traditional teaching methods (due to her Dyslexia). If you have a Dyslexic child I would whole heartedly recommend her.
