Catherine was kind, on time and always delivered comprehensive lessons. I enjoyed that she was always prepared for our lessons and asked what we'd study next session so I could direct my learning. She helped fill the gaps in my knowledge and helped me realise where I needed more revision. Rescheduling was simple if we ever needed to deviate from our schedule which was great because I didn't miss any learning and the tutoring sessions always fit into my schedule. We've been working with Dr Mark to support my son ahead of his resit Chemistry exam in September. Within just 1-2 months, his past paper performance has already jumped up to an A grade! Dr Mark always sends materials before every lesson and plans the next session based on how he's actually performing, which has made a huge difference. Natalia is a genuinely wonderful tutor. I started being tutored by her at the beginning of year 13 after getting a D and C in my AS-level exams and constantly getting U's and E's in my mock exams. I was nervous to admit that what I was doing wasn’t working and that a change needed to be made, so I resat my AS exams alongside doing my A Levels in year 13 for biology and chemistry. Natalia was so supportive and took the shame away from not understanding certain things. She explained everything in such a simple way and worked through past paper questions with me so that I was fully prepared for all of my exams. I ended up getting A's in my biology and chemistry exams which meant that I got into my first choice university.
