Michael has been excellent with my son who is in yr6. He has established the weak areas in my son’s learning and primarily focused on those but still includes his stronger areas. My son has missed quite a lot of school due to anxiety and Michael has been excellent in filling in the gaps and reassuring my son of his ability and knowledge. He makes his lessons fun and my son looks forward to them. Michael has also been extremely flexible and understanding with last minute changes. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough, my son is already more relaxed about his SATS and happy he is not slipping behind. Thank you.

I booked a lesson for my daughter as she was off school and we don't live in the area. I couldn't recommend this lady highly enough! After 1 hour my daughter is so much more confident and has learnt little things that she had missed at school! She is now scoring more in SAT's test papers, and is really enjoying them. Fantastic, motivating tutor, more importantly she made my daughter feel very at ease with her caring attitude towards children! If I could score higher I would!! 100% recommended.

Our son had weekly lessons with Stephanie for a few months to help him prepare for his English SATs. He has special needs so it was as much about filling in some gaps in his learning as about increasing his confidence.
He was not keen initially when we decided that he needed to have tutor support for some time but he quickly warmed to Stephanie and her fun way of teaching. Stephanie was great at identifying which areas he needed support in and she managed to offer learning materials that he found interesting and fun most of the time, which really helped with keeping him engaged. We observed that especially his confidence in his writing skills increased over the months, and he ended up doing really well in his SATs.
Communication with Stephanie was always easy and friendly, she gave constructive feedback and was willing to take our feedback on board, e.g. incorporating new targets or cutting back on homework during very busy times at school.
All in all I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough!
