I'll be honest, I was sceptical about online lessons for an autistic child. My son had never touched a piano before. He was only ever great at piano games on a screen, so signing him up felt like a bit of a gamble. Will proved me wrong within minutes. I would give six stars if I could! Will is extraordinarily sensitive and tuned straight into my son's frequency, which very few people manage. He reads my son's cues instantly, communicates with him in a way that actually lands, and knows exactly when to make him laugh and exactly when to offer a bit of praise. He is warm, consistent, endlessly patient, and, importantly, he is demanding too. He never lowers the bar for my son. He simply finds the way over it with him. Four months on, my son is playing with both hands, we bought a proper piano, we count down the days to his lessons a week, and has declared Will a superhero. If you are wondering whether online piano lessons can work for a child with special needs, then, with Will, they absolutely can. We are so grateful we took the chance, and I could not recommend him more warmly.

My son has started some piano lessons with Santella. He is very happy. Santella instills confidence to his students, creates within his classes a moment where my son learns and enjoys.

Ana is really easy to get on with and enthusiastic towards teaching and music in general. She made a lot of effort catering to my needs as I came from an electronic production side and wasn’t in the need of any qualifications, which really helped me learn what was necessary for me and progress quickly. Would definitely recommend Ana to anyone from any background for this reason.

Beth really is an amazing online piano teacher to my 9 year old son. She helps him perfect every piece and has an excellent structured approach to her teaching. I honestly can’t fault the lessons I’ve received from Jonny so far; he’s a fantastic teacher, very friendly, approachable, professional and makes me feel very comfortable and confident to try new challenges, despite the fact I am a perfectionist who is often too hard on myself, Jonny makes me feel proud of my progress and even though I doubted I’d be able to get anything on piano, now I know that I can go as far as I dare to aim. So glad I decided to book with Jonny!
