I really enjoyed my lessons with Nigel, he is very patient and makes difficult concepts easy to understand. He would often recap topics I found particularly hard and would also produce fabulous summary notes, practice questions and model answers for exam papers. With Nigel I moved from a C/D to a B, and definitely would not have been able to do it without him. Overall, Nigel is a great teacher and a really friendly person. I highly recommend him.

Chloe is a really good tutor who helped me go from a low C to a B. She is very good at tailoring sessions to your needs and is very flexible. Chloe is very supportive and kind- always going the extra mile to make sure you understand the content.

Having Wafaa as my AQA A-level Physics tutor finally allowed me to access my full potential. As many other physicists, I was stuck in the boundary between grades Cs and Bs and I knew I could do better, but I was completely lost. Each session served both as a lesson in physics and as a lesson in critical thinking, which is so much more important than I anticipated. They've helped me actually understand all the tricky topics, rather than just memorise them. Each session was tailored to me and my needs, even if I needed help in a Maths paper! In the end I went up from a grade C in my year 12 mocks to an A on results day, which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. The problem-solving skills and ability to break down large concepts will stick with me throughout university. I could not recommend a tutor enough.

Marc has been an excellent tutor for our daughter and has really helped to build her confidence in physics and chemistry. He quickly built a positive rapport with her and by working together they were able to identify and focus on the topics where she needed the most help. He has an infectious enthusiasm for physics and chemistry and this in turn helped to change our daughter’s perception of these subjects as her knowledge and confidence grew. Marc tutored our daughter for very nearly 12 months, up to the point when she took her GCSE exams. He was always very flexible, fitting in extra lessons over holiday periods or moving timeslots where needed and where his timetable would allow.
