He is very well organised by asking what topics she would like to go over before the lesson, so he can prepare resources to maximise the lesson. She said how she always feels comfortable with him, and he is determined to help with any confusions, by changing his style to fit Olivia's style of learning. At one point, three weeks after learning with Martin, a teacher jokingly asked in class "whats happened?" due to strong gains in her maths ability. I would always recommend starting with Martin as early as possible because it helps consolidate learning, because you can go at your pace but equally we saw initial improvements by being on a B/C to getting a strong A within a couple of months
