From the outset, Anne took the time to understand what Ella had already covered, where her knowledge was secure and where there might be gaps or retention issues. Her lessons are clearly tailored to Ella rather than following a generic programme, and the written feedback after each session is detailed, honest and genuinely useful. We always know what was covered, how Ella managed and what she should practise next.
