Cinzia is an excellent Italian tutor! Her lessons are engaging, varied and highly enjoyable. Every lesson is tailored to my specific objectives, learning needs and interests, so the lessons all feel so relevant and useful. She always asks me if there are specific areas I would like to cover, identifies areas I need to focus on and has great continuity between each lesson. Cinzia uses lots of creative ways (music, media etc) to make each lesson different and the content memorable- perfect for learning languages. I would highly recommend her as a language tutor!

Ian always goes out of his way to prepare for every lesson with my daughter. My daughter is disorganised and doesn't prepare very well for every class but Ian is patient and always good humoured enabling Alice to settle, relax and then work hard under his constantly and calmly bringing her back to the task in hand. He is full of praise when it's due and swaps jokes with her to liven up the more dull grammar moments. Ian has adapted well to new impositions that the lockdown has imposed on him and Alice. He is giving Alice extra lessons and is helping her keep up with school work set and typing up her answers in his own time. Alice has a teaching assistant/ scribe at school and between Ian's typing and Alice recording some answers on a phone, she's managing to send some good work back to school so that her teachers know that she is keeping up. Alice and I would like to give Ian a big thumbs up just as he does the same to Alice when she does good work!! Thank you , Ian

Gretta delivered a 3 hour English CPD Workshop to our team of tutors on Monday 4 March. Gretta met with me prior to the workshop, to identify what areas we would like to include and was well prepared for the session, with all resources printed etc. She was personable and professional within her delivery and made sure that everybody participated in the activities set. She explained all terms clearly and supported with examples, we all commented on how much we learnt throughout the session and how this would help us when supporting our learners with their written English skills. Gretta's knowledge and passion for the English Language were apparent throughout the session. Positive feedback was received from all attendees, and we would highly recommend Gretta to any other organisations considering this type of training.
