When we started together, I did not even know the differences between verbs and nouns at 15 years old (I know!). Rukudzo prioritises health over A’s, which is what made lessons with her so easy and enjoyable. I never felt pressure to excel or overachieve. Just to try my best. Her insights are deeply profound and she is quite skilled at not spoon feeding lessons to you. She offers guidance and allows the student to truly flourish into their own writing style, consolidating knowledge rather than memorising it. Rukudzo welcomes questions, no matter how many, with a smile and answers at hand. As of today, I received a Grade 7 in English Language GCSE and 8 in Literature GCSE. I truly could have never achieved such a score without Rukudzo’s warm nature and amazing lessons. In fact, many I speak to believe I am far too eloquent for my age, with some kids thinking I’m a robot 😜 (I swear I’m not), and lawyers at a firm I received an internship for believing I used AI to write my responses to questions, (something I also did not do!) If you want to excel in a judgment free environment overflowing with patience and care, Rukudzo is definitely the tutor you should go for!

I would highly recommend Peter to be your history tutor. He was always encouraging and his knowledge of the topics we covered was excellent, particularly the Tudors which was the area I initially struggled with the most. Most importantly he helped me improve my a level grade from a D to a strong B. Mark is a fantastic teacher and easily the most knowledgable History teacher my son has every had.My son called him the GOAT (greatest of all time) in History and said there was no question that Mark couldn't answer.
