Supported my son with his Graphic design A2 level. Wish we’d found him sooner, he’s made such a difference in such a short space of time, he’s very engaging, knowledgeable, flexible and brought my son out of his shell by being so patient and helpful, nothing was a bother and my son built a great rapport with him. Highly recommend 👌

Lili G
Lili is fantastic and i enjoy listening over the session she has with my son for A Level Graphic Design. She has her work cut out for her as my son is not the most talkative, but she doesn't let this deter her and she continues to try and build the rapport and be relatable to the topic of choice. She's very patient, funny and really probes and questions him further in order to make him think about the direction he wants to go and shares some really good examples of how he can look to explore this further. I can already see a change in him where he is starting to approach things differently and with Lili's help i'm confident over time this will become easier. Another great session.

Candice W
I have only had a couple of classes with Candice so far but I already know chosing her as my tutor was the right decision. I'm getting the sense that she is very good at adjusting to the needs of the individual student; wether it's concerning how to support me in areas I struggle with or knowing what my interests are and providing tasks I would find inspiring. Candice is very encouraging and provides structured classes and assignments so you never feel confused about what is expected of you. She always replies to messages and emails outside of class if you get stuck and need some extra help. I would warmly recommend her to everyone looking for a tutor in the subjects she teaches. Especially if confidence is an issue for you or you would like to improve your performance. Graphic Design was my weakest subject in my first year of A-Levels but now, with her help, I feel like I might actually be able to achieve the grade I want. On top of that the process feels fun and engaging again rather than frustrating and discouraging.

Brilliant Graphic Design tutors who you’ll really click with.
Our experienced tutors take the time to understand where each student needs to focus and their preferred way of learning. They make a measurable difference – 90% of all students improve by at least one grade.
Can a tutor help my child with their portfolio specifically for De Montfort University?
Absolutely. Many of our Graphic Design tutors have experience helping students prepare portfolios for top UK universities, including DMU. They can provide expert feedback on your child's work and help them select pieces that best showcase their skills and creative potential for their application.
My child is studying at Leicester College. Can a tutor complement their coursework?
Yes, tutoring is a great way to build on what your child is learning at college. A tutor can provide extra one-to-one support on challenging modules, help them explore creative ideas in more depth, and ensure they feel fully prepared and confident in their college work.
How do I choose the right Graphic Design tutor for my child?
It's easy to find the perfect match. You can read tutor profiles, watch their introductory videos, and check reviews from other parents. We recommend messaging a few to discuss your child's specific goals before booking a lesson to make sure you find someone you're both comfortable with.
My child is talented but lacks confidence in their ideas. Can a tutor help?
This is one of the most common reasons parents seek a tutor. A great tutor is also a mentor who can build your child's self-belief. By providing positive, constructive feedback in a supportive one-to-one setting, they can help your child trust their creative instincts and feel proud of their work.
How much does online Graphic Design tutoring cost?
Our tutors set their own hourly rates, so prices can vary depending on their experience. You can easily filter tutors by price to find an expert who fits your family's budget. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.
How do you make sure your tutors are safe and qualified?
Your child's safety is our top priority. Every tutor is background-checked and we personally interview them to ensure they are passionate, knowledgeable, and great communicators. We're very selective and only accept 1 in 8 tutors who apply to join our platform.
What happens if we don't like the first tutor we try?
We want to make sure you find the perfect fit for your child. With our First Lesson Guarantee, if you don't get on with your tutor, email our support team at support@tutorful.co.uk and we will cover your first session with a new tutor.
What happens in a typical online tutoring session?
Our online classroom has an interactive whiteboard, screen sharing, and file sharing tools. For a Graphic Design lesson, your child and their tutor might review portfolio work, sketch out ideas together on the whiteboard, or share screens to work through a technique in a program like Photoshop.
Is tutoring just for university applications, or can you help with learning a new skill for fun?
It's for everyone! While we help thousands of students with academic goals, many use Tutorful to explore new hobbies. Whether your child wants to learn digital illustration, coding, or how to play the guitar, we have expert tutors who can help them discover a new passion.
How often should my child have a lesson?
This is completely up to you and your child. Some students have a regular weekly session to stay on track, while others book lessons as and when they need help with a specific project or before a deadline. It's completely flexible to fit your family's needs.
What equipment do we need for online tutoring?
All you need is a laptop or computer with a webcam, a microphone, and a stable internet connection. Our online classroom is browser-based, so there's no need to download any complicated software.
What happens if we don't like the first tutor we try?
Every child learns at their own pace, but the one-to-one focus of tutoring means progress can happen quickly. Often, the first thing parents notice is a boost in their child's confidence and enthusiasm for the subject, which is a fantastic foundation for success.
