Is Functional Skills English Level 2 really seen as equivalent to a GCSE?
A Level 2 Functional Skills qualification is widely accepted by employers, colleges, and apprenticeship providers as equivalent to a GCSE pass at grade 4 (formerly a C). It's a government-regulated qualification that proves your child’s competency in English.
