Lessons are typically one hour long. Most families find that a regular weekly session works best to build momentum and keep up with schoolwork, but the frequency is completely up to you. You can discuss what's best for your child directly with your chosen tutor.
Can I track my child's progress?
Yes. We encourage open communication between parents and tutors. You can message your child's tutor at any time to ask for updates, and they will be happy to share feedback on your child's progress and the topics they've been covering in lessons.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our platform has a 24-hour cancellation policy. As long as you give your tutor at least 24 hours' notice, you can cancel or reschedule a lesson without any charge. You can manage all your bookings easily through your Tutorful account.
