Linda was always reassuring and reminded us of what Lucy was capable of. Thanks to Linda’s patience, perseverance, expertise and excellent teaching, Lucy went from receiving D/E grades to achieving a B in her A level. Most importantly, she gained the confidence to believe in herself and was subsequently able to secure a place at a top university to study Law. I cannot thank Linda enough for everything she did for Lucy. Her dedication, patience and ability to bring out the best in her students are truly exceptional. Linda didn’t just help Lucy improve her grades — she helped her believe in herself and realise what she was capable of. Ruby was predicted a D grade for her English A-level and struggling with motivation when she started tuition with Hannah. Ruby passed her A-level with a B grade and just 3 marks from achieving an A. Even after only a few sessions Mel has helped my son unravel abstract exam essay questions into clear time saving plans. His understanding of how to build evidenced judgment, craft thesis statements and ultimately develop a cohesive and sophisticated argument, including a perceptive counter argument, is improving lesson by lesson. Through acquiring exam essay know-how, and benefitting from practice drills, his confidence is steadily growing in time for mocks later this year.
