Luke has tutored my son for the admissions exam for year 7 entry including finding out details of the exam and assessing which areas my son needed support in. He has enjoyed the lessons (half the battle!) and Luke has been a calm and reassuring guide in the run up to the exam.

William is a great 11+ tutor for our son. Within a short period of time he was able to recognise his strengths and encourage him and us. He was also able to quickly identify areas for improvement and strategically challenge him so that he feels motivated and not overwhelmed. He has a good rapport with him such that he feels comfortable asking questions and speaking up if he doesn’t understand something. Overall this has helped to improve his learning experience. He introduced us to a great online tool, which he uses during the lesson to provide structure and focus. He also uses it to set weekly tasks, which has been useful for us to monitor his progress. After each lesson we get helpful feedback on how well he did and what he needs to work on, which has really helped us engage more with his learning. Our son is keen to pass his 11+ exams and having William as his tutor has been a great confidence boost for all of us, therefore we would highly recommend him to others.

My daughter is in year 3 and she has been having lessons with Nigel the past few months one lesson a week and has grown in confidence and Nigel has done a tremendous job.She looks forward to her lessons. Nigel is extremely patient and passionate. He is very good with her and has fast tracked her due to her ability and level. We are so grateful to have Nigel and his teaching method is excellent. I highly recommend him.
