Within a short period of time he was able to recognise his strengths and encourage him and us. He was also able to quickly identify areas for improvement and strategically challenge him so that he feels motivated and not overwhelmed. He introduced us to a great online tool, which he uses during the lesson to provide structure and focus. He also uses it to set weekly tasks, which has been useful for us to monitor his progress.
