Tilly’s currently tutoring our yr9 son and we couldn’t be happier! After 2 years of struggling with both English and Science and refusing to even contemplate a tutor, he finally asked for help at the beginning of this school year. Sohail was extremely helpful throughout both my coursework and theory preparation. He provided excellent support, clear guidance and useful resources that really helped me improve my work and feel more confident. During school, most of my DT lessons were focused on completing coursework on time, so I did not have as much time to build my theory knowledge. Because of this, I was not feeling very confident with the theory side of the course at first. However, Sohail changed that for me through his support, patience and clear explanations. He helped me strengthen my understanding of the exam structure and content, allowing me to feel much more prepared for exam style questions. I cannot recommend Lorraine highly enough as an A-Level Drama tutor. Before working with her, I struggled with concise essay writing and it felt almost impossible to master under exam conditions. Lorraine completely transformed that for me. She really helped break down the exam technique in a way that was specific and practical, helping me adhere to the mark scheme. She gave me clear frameworks for structuring my answers concisely without losing depth which had always been my weak point. Emamanuelle has been a great tutor, she provided me with helpful resources and really helped me to improve my French at A- level standards. She is interactive and makes sure that i understand each part of a topic or grammar section and will go back on it if i need the help. She has really improved my french.
