I received Spanish lessons from Temi for nearly 2 years during year 12/13 as I took it for GCSE but not A-level. I really enjoyed the language and wanted to keep it up to potentially do it alongside my degree or get my B1/2. Temi has made the absolute most out of our lessons, she was able to adapt to my learning pace and keep lessons fun and interactive which was super important for me as I was learning for my own interest. She has also improved my understanding of grammar and tenses hugely, which is a testament to her own skills as we weren’t following a set curriculum. She used a huge amount of resources such as conjuguemos, lyrics training and BBC Mundo to target grammar, listening and reading and was able to adapt her lessons based on my input and what I wanted to work on. My confidence in spontaneous conversation has also grown as she always took an interest in what I was doing/what shows I was watching and would ask me to write about them or discuss them with her to keep me on the ball. No question ever felt too silly to ask and no lesson was boring, if you are looking for someone with a huge amount of passion for what she does, whether it is for Spanish or one of her other subjects, Temi is absolutely who you need!
