She has extensive experience teaching English to non-native speakers, having lived in multiple countries. What I appreciate most is how she tailors each lesson based on my progress, adjusting the content to ensure that it aligns with what I need to work on. She also uses a variety of teaching tools that make the lessons engaging and diverse, which keeps me motivated and excited to learn. I have really enjoyed the singing classes with Ilaria! It was very helpful to have an initial 15 minute call, as I was already impressed by the depth of her knowledge. The sessions are always fun, enjoyable and you come out with a list of helpful exercises to keep up your practice outside the class. Her cues and analogies are so spot on and relatable, and if even if one of them didn’t click with you, she will find an alternative way to explain what you need to do to get to the right place in any exercise. Ilaria has also been very flexible to adjust to my schedule, so it’s been great to be able to fit it our lessons alongside my general routine. Additionally, she was open to adjusting the focus of the class to whatever I needed at the time, from trying different singing styles, to focusing on using the diaphragm to support speaking for prolonged periods of time. It’s been amazing to have classes with Ilaria, and I learned so much from her! She’s an amazing singer and an approachable, friendly and experience tutor. I highly recommend her a tutor!
