Professional Psychology tutor
I am a Doctor of Psychology with research and teaching experience at university for B.A., M.A. Ph.D. level students and professionals. I am specialised in Clinical Psychology (reading disability/ dyslexia), though I have good knowledge in other fields of psychology, as well as research methodology and data analysis (preferably with SPSS). I would love to help people with the knowledge I have in individual live one-to-one sessions or on Skype. I can also recommend literature on a particular subject and send something I already have in my database. The other thing I can teach you is to play chess....
Leah is a phenomenal tutor. Not only is she a lovely person but she is attentive and explains theories well, she understands my individual needs and is prepared to change lessons with little to no warning if I ask and seems to be prepared for anything. Her strong knowledge on all topics has allowed me to grow in confidence for my answers. Paying for tutoring as an 18 year old was daunting however by messaging Leah she was prepared to suit my needs. Leah is also quick at replying throughout the week and has a whole bank of useful recourses for a level psychology.

Amy W
Amy W is very concise and extremely helpful when getting complicated information wrapped around your head. She is super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes sessions comfortable and stress-free. The only hiccup is the wifi choosing to bug out, now and then. But, otherwise, Amy gives a very excellent tutoring experience.

How can online Psychology tutoring help my child prepare for A-Levels?
Online Psychology tutoring provides focused support, helping your child master key concepts, improve their essay-writing skills, and confidently tackle exam questions. The tutor can identify their strengths and weaknesses, tailor lessons to their specific needs, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure they're on track for success.
My child is worried about not getting into their first-choice university. Can a Psychology tutor help them?
Yes! A skilled tutor can help your child strengthen their understanding of core Psychology principles, refine their critical thinking skills, and develop a compelling personal statement that showcases their passion and potential to admissions tutors.
How does online tutoring work?
Online tutoring connects your child with experienced tutors via video call. They can share screens, work through problems together, and receive instant feedback, all from the comfort of your home in bethnal-green. It's convenient, effective, and gives your child access to the best UK tutors, regardless of location.
Can a tutor help my child explore the practical applications of Psychology in bethnal-green?
Absolutely! A tutor can help your child connect their studies to real-world examples, such as analysing local social issues through a psychological lens or understanding the impact of community programs on mental wellbeing. This can make the subject more engaging and relevant.
What if my child doesn't get on with their tutor?
We want your child to have a great learning experience! If you don't get on with your tutor, email our support team at support@tutorful.co.uk and we will cover your first session with a new tutor.
