Fantastic tutor, really helped both my son and daughter

Katie has been a really good support throughout Year 6. Our goal was to catch up with learning which had not happened in previous years, and boost my child's confidence. Challenge achieved, and SATs results delivered as well! I would highly recommend Katie, and I would highly recommend her before getting into Year 6 and throughout. Now directly from the student… When I was at school I had a really big problem. I was not very good at maths. Me and my mum would sit every day when she could to help. But she had lots of work and she said “let’s get a tutor”. I was not very keen at first. Then, my mum found a tutor. Katie! I was a bit nervous but when I got into the lesson I was happy. I told Katie my problem and for lots of weeks, on Tuesdays, we worked. She would give me homework that I actually understood. In lessons she would help me whenever I was stuck. She would be kind and say things like “do you need any help?” and she explained it to me until I understood it. She is the first but best tutor I have ever had!!! Thank you!

Dominic has helped my son to really break down and understand different maths technique’s. My son felt very confident going into his sats with all the extra help he had been given. My son is looking forward to carrying on work with Dominic as he transitions into secondary school too. Dominic is very calm and patient, exactly what my son needed.

We are having a wonderful tutoring experience with Helena. My daughter is 10 years old in year 5 and she has progressed in her Maths at school since working with Helena during her weekly sessions. Helena creates fun and engaging content which my daughter enjoys, and is really friendly and encouraging throughout the lesson. In addition to the tutoring sessions, I find it very easy to arrange lessons as Helena is very organised and attentive to the platform which makes the whole process seamless and very manageable.
