We've had a few sessions with Rachael now, and from the very first one my daughter was hooked. As soon as it ended, her first question was, "When do I have Miss Rachael again?" Rachael took the time to properly assess where my daughter was with her phonics and reading, and she builds every lesson around exactly what she needs. She's warm, patient and makes learning fun, and I can see my daughter's confidence growing. I especially value her detailed feedback after every session. I always know what was covered and what's coming next, which makes it so much easier to support her at home. When my son is old enough, I'd love for him to learn with Rachael too. I'd recommend her to any parent without hesitation.

Helen is a wonderful teacher. Zack has made fantastic progress since starting lessons with her, not only with phonics and reading, but most importantly in his confidence. He now speaks English much more spontaneously at home and has started trying to write his own cards and sentences. Helen is patient, encouraging and very thoughtful in the way she plans each lesson around his progress. Zack always enjoys his lessons with her and looks forward to seeing her each week.
