Lauren is an amazing tutor I’ve learned so much from her. When I first started, I didn’t feel confident in my maths at all and was honestly quite embarrassed. Matthew is a fantastic tutor. It is an understatement when I say my son disliked maths, but after a few weeks the positive change in his confidence and understanding of Maths was undeniable. Matthew is very patient, understanding and has a knack of getting the point across in several ways which demonstrates he truly understands the subject and takes the time to understand the student, both are key attributes and from personal experience hard to find. My sons expected grades went from below the pass rate to easily exceeding a standard pass. My only regret is that we did not start lessons with Matt sooner. So pleased to have found Nicholas, a retired head of maths who is exactly who we need to get my son (who has just completed GCSE exams) ready for and supported through Maths A level. Nicolas is an expert and very generous with his time. He spent a little while getting to know us and what we hoped to achieve. My son looks forward to his lessons and is enjoying making progress.
