Matt started tutoring my daughter with her Maths A-level towards the end of Year 12, just before mocks. She got an E in her mock exam, but with Matt’s help and a lot of hard work and dedication on her part she brought this up to an A at resits! We tried a couple of other tutors before we found Matt, and it was immediately clear to me that he had a great teaching style: very calm, supportive and encouraging. Other tutors I looked at emphasised their own academic achievements above everything else, but what I liked about Matt’s profile was that he focused on communication and how best to support his students.
