I had Jake as my tutor after year 13 results day to retake maths A level, I initially got a D and now I have a B, one mark away from an A! Jake was so organised, he had a clear timeline with how long it would take to teach me the content (around 4 months for pure and 2 for applied) all while rewiring misconceptions I had with certain topics that I hadn’t learnt properly in sixth form. Super grateful I found him for my gap year, it was worth it!!

Outstanding tutor, uses past papers to fill knowledge gaps and teaches you how to use the mark schemes to your advantage. Achieved ABBB in my A levels going from grades D and E in my mock a levels to a B in physics and maths. Very grateful for the help and would highly recommend. Reasonably priced and well worth the cost, compared to tutors I trialled who cost over £70 an hour, my experience with Benjamin was far better. As an international student who joined the UKs educational system in Y12 I had difficulties with understanding math mostly due to language differences. When I started working with Liam he managed to help me both with understanding of math and language around it. I have particularly enjoyed working with him because he never gave up, when teachers in my school told me that I can not get more then a C in A level mathematics, Liam encouraged me helped me to get a grade A. This is why I would recommend him to everyone who wants to achieve higher.

I would highly recommend Tina for maths tutoring as she was incredibly knowledgeable and my son was really happy with her teaching style. He had struggled moving to a new private school who had placed him into foundation level maths but after working regularly with Tina, he gained a lot more confidence swiftly moving into the higher paper set and went up multiple grades. Having worked with a few different tutors, my son couldn’t speak highly enough of her lessons and always came away much happier, more confident and saying he felt she taught really well.
