Julian is an extremely helpful and thorough A-level History tutor. He has great subject knowledge and goes to a lot of effort to mark and give clear, detailed feedback on my essays. After 3 lessons with him I feel that there has been a significant improvement in my essay writing skills. He has really shown me how to improve my exam technique and what the examiners are looking for - well beyond what teachers at school ever taught me! Highly recommend :)

Gavin was a great tutor for my AQA A level NEA Coursework, helping me go from 20/40 to 33/40. His effort, lesson planning analysis were especially useful and helped me understand how to construct my arguments in accordance with the mark scheme on a higher level.

Eloise is a brilliant tutor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her lessons are very engaging. She has helped me a lot with my content understanding and my essay skills by helping me draft essays and reviewing the paragraphs I have written. She is a very understanding teacher and adapts to your level of knowledge, I never feel out of my depth during her lessons. I have felt my confidence in history increase steadily as she has been my tutor and I now I am feeling a lot more confident and less overwhelmed about my A-Levels. I would absolutely recommend Eloise as a history tutor, especially if you struggle to take and in and remember the content, as she breaks it down and makes the learning a lot more manageable. She has also helped me a lot with the synthesis questions and has helped me understand how to write them in a more effective way.

Andrew is an amazing tutor!! at the beginning of year 13 I was finding history incredibly difficult and felt defeated. I was on E's and C' but with Andrew's help I have been able to achieve A/B grades. Andrew is very intelligent, patient, kind and supportive which made me enjoy history and not feel stuck.
