I was looking for a tutor to help me focus on a specific revision skill for my French A-level mock, namely summary writing. Frankie mentioned that students did not ordinarily ask to practise summaries but he was very well prepared with materials tailored to my needs. He guided me through the process step by step and provided examples across a wide range of topics, which helped build my confidence and improve my technique. We also spent one session focusing on French tenses, which was a useful refresher. Frankie was flexible in accommodating my schedule (I only had 5 sessions squeezed in the run-up to my mock exam). He was always prepared, knowledgeable and happy to tailor the sessions to suit my needs. Ideal for anyone looking for focused, effective support with French A-level revision.

Valerie is an absolutely amazing teacher - she is so good at explaining things in a way which I was able to understand and was also so kind and patient with me! Her lessons felt structured but still very personal and adapted specifically so I could get the best out of my lessons! She was also really organised and always got in touch if/when a lesson needed to be rearranged as soon as possible and gave us plenty of choice and flexibility with when I had my lessons so that it would suit me and fit my needs. I really enjoyed my French classes with her and I would 100% recommend.

Genevieve has been incredibly helpful and supportive of my daughter Abi in the build up to her French A Level exams. After previously having a bad experience with another tutor, Shaafia really has helped me at such last minute. She was able to adapt the lessons to help with any weaker areas that I had. I felt more and more confident with each lesson and could see the progress I was making being reflected in class as well. Muriel is an outstanding tutor. My son needed some guidance with his A-level French. She helped him through all 3 exams giving tips for the Oral, exam, grammar help and the literature/film paper.
