Ameela tutored my daughter for both English Language and Literature for the recent GCSE’s. These were subjects that my daughter found challenging and Ameela made a huge difference to her ability to tackle both subjects. Ameela provided a framework to enable structured answers and her experience meant that she understands what is required by examiners to achieve high grades. The regular and focused work that Ameela did with my daughter was crucial in enabling her to get to grips with the subjects.

Sonny’s forecast grades in both English Language and Literature had always been a 5. He was desperate for a 6 in each subject so that he could study Law at BHASVIC. He had lessons with Anna March-May, about weekly. He got a 7 in his English Language and Literature GCSEs - his English Teacher at Dorothy Stringer was extremely pleased but absolutely staggered!
