My daughter needed guidance and reassurance with her English language. Elli straight away understood what my daughter needed and how to work with her to get the best from her. Elli also went through all of the books that she was studying for Literature, this Included her reading the whole of My Name is Leon as it’s a brand new text for GCSE’s and very few schools have chosen to study it. This was dedication and something that we all were extremely grateful for. Elli helped my daughter explore ideas and gain new perspectives for the texts. I would highly recommend Elli, the difference in confidence and mock results was noticeable only after a few sessions.

Alex has been amazing working with my son towards his GCSEs. My son has really enjoyed the sessions and actually complained if it wasn’t on 😂. At the start he was risking now passing let alone getting a good grade. Through Alex s tutoring he has come on massively and seems so much more confident. Izzy was the perfect tutor to help guide me through re-taking my English language GCSE exams. She helped build my confidence and trust in myself of what I know and can do, as well as being kind and very reassuring which was exactly what I needed! If I wanted to change what we were covering in the lesson she would quickly adapt and change the lesson that she had planed to suit and cover what I felt I needed some more confidence work on. Despite having her own life with having a job, university, and a social life she always managed to make time for me and any questions I had about my work, so much so that even when she was on holiday and took some time off, she continued to help me by marking my work and providing feedback through video calls as well as text message.
