Within a short period of time he was able to recognise his strengths and encourage him and us. He was also able to quickly identify areas for improvement and strategically challenge him so that he feels motivated and not overwhelmed. He has a good rapport with him such that he feels comfortable asking questions and speaking up if he doesn’t understand something. Overall this has helped to improve his learning experience.
He introduced us to a great online tool, which he uses during the lesson to provide structure and focus. He also uses it to set weekly tasks, which has been useful for us to monitor his progress.
