Hi, I have over 10 years of experience teaching in primary schools across England. I have been a subject leader for English but I am also equally confident in delivering all areas of the curriculum. I have been tutoring for the last 3 years and enjoy being able to adapt my teaching to meet the needs of the individual I am tutoring. I believe in making learning purposeful and breaking things down into small steps to build confidence and independence alongside progress. During my tutoring sessions I have supported children prepare for SATS, Multiplication checks and 11+ exams. I am a fun bubbly person....

I am a 4th-year Materials Science student at Oxford researching stress relaxation of graphite used in fission reactors. I have 100s of hours of tutoring from GCSE to Degree Level to Oxbridge applications. With the aspiration to become an Oxbridge Materials tutor/Professor.My tutoring style involves an understanding approach like the Oxford style. Instead of just teaching facts, teaching the fundamental concepts behind a topic allows for further development and allows for a student to tackle more complex topics. Rachael D
Dyslexia tutor
Great tutor committed to my daughter and able to manage her complex needs using different techniques and humour. My daughter can be difficult to engage/encourage and has low self esteem, with Rachel's support she is learning and her confidence is growing and showing through already.

Erin is really enjoying her lessons with Kerry. They are in no way a chore and this is really unusual! Kerry is engaging, supportive and is really helping Erin with her confidence. Kerry is also very easy to talk to, relatable and makes the lessons fun.

Yasser A
Dyslexia tutor
Yasser is the best economics tutor I have ever found and wish I came across him sooner! I am dyslexic and found this subject really hard to understand. He quickly helped me understand the theories I needed to know and made me feel really comfortable in lessons. His lessons are well prepared and structured and you can certainly tell he is an experienced teacher. I had failed my first exam and couldn’t absorb the information but after seeing Yasser I was able to talk and write about key concepts confidently! I had so much doubt I wouldn’t be able to understand and now I actually like economics! I have done my retake and felt confident with all the questions presented to me and finished the exam in good time. I would highly recommend Yasser to anyone who needs support with economics and will be sure to spread the word! Yasser can’t thankyou enough!

Claudio S
Dyslexia tutor
Claudio makes lessons fun. Our seven year old struggles to complete work on his own, has working memory issues & dyslexia. Claudio has tailored an approach to build his confidence and now we are seeing real rewards. What started with simple memory games has progressed quite quickly onto the standard curriculum. Claudio always comes with a smile and changes the challenges into games that are completed with enthusiasm. We now look forward to the lesson each week.
