Rajan is a top tutor, I am really glad that I looked at ALL of his reviews in order to get a measured view of his tutoring. I mention this only because I did notice that someone had given a poor review, which was completely different to my experience and other reviews on his page. Please do not let that isolated review put you off. I am so glad that I did not! Rajan is a generous tutor, if you are in any doubt read the rest of my review below and book an introductory session with him. He is honest and will set your expectations right from the start. I am still working with him and plan to continue to work with him on my finals. I have been working with Rajan nearly every day for the past 6 weeks, he has been helping me with my Financial Management paper for ACCA exams in December. I am not an easy student as I lack confidence and I am very slow. I have returned to study after 10 years of raising my children. So this is a further disadvantage for Rajan as I have forgotten so much. From our 1st session he was encouraging and supportive, this was so helpful as I felt a lot of shame about not knowing what I feel I should know. I did a taught cause with a well know training company and I completed this course over 4 days and at the end of it I was left feeling like why did I bother. I explained all of this to Rajan and he took it all in his stride. Rajan did the necessary preparation to be able to help me fully, he reviewed the full ACCA syllabus and spent time preping for our session before each session. This was great as no time was wasted in the session with him catching up. He is a genius himself and has lots of knowledge and experience, which is great because he is able to provide real life examples so this helps with contextualisation of theory. He is passionate about the subject and really you wants me to understand. He does not rush the session but at the same time he is contious that I am paying and that I do not have an endless stream of money. So he uses our time in the best cost effective way for me ensuring that I learn each time. Rajan is reliable and professional, what really helps too is that he provides me with recordings of our sessions so I can go through them after the session if needed. Not every tutor does this. I feel very confident that I am going to be in a good place to take my exam in December, Rajan is helping me to learn the topic, do questions and then he has agreed to support me with revision and exam technique (although he is doing some of this already in our taugh sessions). I am really pleased that I found him, I can see that we will be working together on my other papers once I pass this paper. So in summary you really could not find a better tutor.
