Zainab O
Friendly and well rounded tutor with experience.
I am a young, friendly and accomplished individual, which I believe places in me in a far better place to mentor and tutor a child. I hope, this will act as inspiration for what they too can achieve with a little hard work and self belief. I have spent the 5 years as a tutor, with in-school tutoring experience, therefore I'm familiar with the curriculum being taught. I was assisting in lessons and running intervention groups. As part of my role, I was also placed in charge of reading intervention for KS3 mainly working with year 8's and 7's. I had one on one experience, as well as helping the teachers...

Expert Teacher
I believe tutoring should be more than just “extra lessons.” Too often, students sit through sessions that feel no different from school — repetitive, exam-heavy, and disconnected from real understanding. My approach is different. I make learning relaxed, relevant, and engaging, so that instead of dreading another lesson, you actually enjoy it — and make real progress without even realising how much you’ve learned. With over five years of teaching experience, a Bachelor of Education with Honours in Technology and Design, and work as a CCEA examiner, I know exactly what exam boards expect and how t...

Martin F
Martin helped my son who decided to take 11+ at very short notice. He focused on his weaknesses and helped him understand things clearly in such a short space of time, my son really valued this and found every tutor session extremely helpful. Also provided work and things to look at between sessions which was really helpful too.

Ayma A
Ayma was superb at supporting my daughter in preparing for her UCAT exam.
She knew the test structure and style of questions comprehensively and gave very useful strategic techniques to help develop my daughter's approach to the test.
My daughter was resitting the test and improved her score by 200 marks and went from the top 40% to the top 20%, getting a more competitive result.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ayma for tutoring as she's dedicated, professional, competent and inspires confidence.
