I am an undergraduate student at De Montfort University, Leicester studying Forensic Science and on path to complete at PGCE within the next two years.
I have previously tutored children on and off for three years, mainly those in primary school, from reception to year six in maths, English and Science as well as tutoring a student through year nine and the first year of his GCSEs in the same subjects.
When teaching high school level science, I specialise in chemistry though I have experience teaching biology as well. I have worked with primary school aged children who have been on the autistic spectrum as well as children with other specific learning disorders such as dyslexia and dyspraxia and am comfortable and confident working with them again.
Lora is fantastic with my daughter. Very patient, we can already see the difference in her confidence with maths. I would recommend Lora to any child who needs a maths tutor.
