I'm a pianist with a solid background in theory and technique with extensive live and studio experience. ABRSM Grade 8 piano performance certificated. I previously studied classical music in Italy with Giancarlo Simonacci, music theory with Gerardo Iacoucci at the Conservatoire L. Refice in Frosinone (Italy) and jazz piano with Nico Morelli at the Conservatoire Paisiello of Taranto (Italy). Furthermore, I worked with top artists and top music labels as a producer and arranger, composer, songwriter and as music director, arranger and composer for O.S.T. (please check IMDb database) and Italian TV Broadcast (RAI, Mediaset). My teaching also covers pop, rock, soul, jazz and all the styles that are essential to work with top artists in the music industry. I'm teaching piano and keyboards since 2000. At this time I'm teaching at MLC Academy in West Bridgford, Nottingham and at Edale Rise Primary School in Nottingham. My teaching covers from beginners to Grade 8. Syllabuses: ABRSM, Trinity Rock & Pop and Rockschool. My mission as a teacher is to ignite the impact of the music and the positive creativity in each of my student.

My 7 year old son enjoys his weekly piano lessons with Paolo. He is friendly and reliable. My son is happy and looks forward to his lessons and is becoming confident in playing. His understanding of music is continuously improving.

Being a beginner and having no confidence whatsoever in front of a keyboard I can easily say that Paolo has made it in his best interest to ensure that's no longer the case
Paolo is very experienced in this area of music, he really understands what he is explaining which is always useful.
