Very clear, helpful explanation with examples, wide knowledge of the subject.
Very helpful and knowledgable in his field. Would recommend to any Philosophy student.
Dr Rogers provided tutoring for my sons A-level English. His knowledge of the subject in immense. He is very good in identifying student’s needs and planning lessons accordingly for achieving best academic results. Most importantly, Dr Roger’s style and delivery of lessons motivates students, to appreciate and enjoy the subject. I definitely recommend him.
Our daughter was struggling with A Level Politics so we thought a tutor would help. Ww chose Karl because based on his resume he looked very knowledgeable - and he is. We had Karl for over 6 sessions and during that time he built up a rapport with our daughter and made what could be a very dry topic interesting. He helped understand the subject matter and how to construct answers for exam questions and essays. Our daughter is halfway through her exams and she has much more of a positive attitude towards Politics - we would highly recommend Karl
Karl is a great tutor as he helped identify the issues I had for my subject and helped tackle it immediately. He knew my course really well as he spent the time learning the specifics of it. He is also reliable, pleasant and made myself and my parents feel comfortable. I'll happily recommend him as a tutor.
Karl's approach encouraged my daughter to consider how she learns best, to actively review her Revision method and then develop her exam preparation.
A great learning experience and increased confidence.
If you ever have a crisis of confidence then Karl is definitely the tutor for you. His approach is professional whilst also pastoral, finding out your worries and concerns before executing a clear and thorough plan of action where you leave feeling prepared to tackle your next piece of work. I met with Karl, as well as getting him to proof read my assignments prior to submission. I only wish I'd done my research in my first year for a tutor as I have no doubt my grades would've been consistent for the following two years had I enlisted him sooner!
Karl has been great and I have been very impressed with his professionalism and subject knowledge. He has really helped my daughter especially in giving her much needed moral support and confidence boost to help her tackle the exams ahead.
