We'll start with some fundamental maths concepts such as the Four Operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), place value concepts and negative numbers. We'll also practise these in both standard number sentences and worded problems.

Our second session will move onto Fractions and Decimals. We'll practise the Four Operations with Fractions and Decimals, also in standard number sentences and worded problems.

After Fractions/Decimals, we'll look at Percentages and common sums dealing with Percentages, along with converting Fractions, Decimals and Percentages (recapping previous topics to ensure successful retention).

In this lesson, we'll look at number concepts and terminology such as Factors, Multiples, Prime Numbers and Square Numbers. We'll also tackle some typical questions that may involve these concepts such as Venn Diagrams.

This lesson will help with Ratio/Proportion skills (utilising what we practised in previous lessons) and begin to look at problem solving involving Algebra concepts such as Substitution.

This lesson is our first lesson on Measurement concepts. We'll be covering units of measurement for length, mass & volume, telling the time, Roman numerals and money problems.

This lesson continues with Measurement concepts that we begun in the previous lesson. As well as recapping those topics, we'll also be practising Area, Perimeter and worded problems related to Measurement.

In this lesson, we'll look at some Geometry concepts such as properties of 2D and 3D shapes, symmetry and how to measure angles in shapes with and without a protractor.

This lesson will cover some of the remaining Geometry concepts such as plotting coordinates as well as practising Statistics skills involving different types of graphs.

Our final lesson will be a summary of all previous lessons, recapping any areas of difficulty students are still struggling with before a final test of KS2 topics.
