Breathing techniques for calm. In this session, we will be learning some different breathing techniques that can help us to find our calm in any situation. You will then be able to use these tools during exam season to help you take back control of your nerves.
Managing our thoughts. Our thoughts are very powerful things and they only want to try to protect us from danger. But is an exam really dangerous? In this session, we will learn why our thoughts react in a certain way to exam stress and ways to change our thoughts to make them more helpful.
Being prepared - making a plan! In an exam situation, we can often find ourselves overthinking and worrying unnecessarily. In this session, I will help you to put together a plan of all the techniques we have learnt that you can draw on in times of worry or stress.
