This course will look at the themes of ambition, good and evil. How the witches played their part in the play and how fate affected Macbeth throughout.

Session 1

In this first week, we will look at ambition, loyalty, and betrayal.
Session 2
60 mins
This week will focus on kingship, good and evil. Also, it will show how Macbeth was affected by this.
Session 3
60 mins
Following on from last week, we will delve into the supernatural and what part the witches played in Macbeth. Also, it will expand to include reality and appearances.
Session 4
60 mins
In the final week, how did fate and free will affect Macbeth? In addition, this week will include the mood and atmosphere of the play and how it would have affected the audience.
