The course is aimed primarily at year 6 students entering year 7. Also great for those already in KS3 looking to revise and solidify essential topics. Each lesson consists of various topics; introducing maths set at the year 7 standard. We will look at algebra, geometry, problem-solving, statistics and more! The sessions will be taught using videos, quizzes, and questions. All lessons will run in a similar manner. I will begin with an introduction to the topic with plenty of notes and examples, ensuring all students achieve a thorough understanding. Students can copy notes and examples as they wish and answer questions at any point. We will look at videos and slides to further aid learning. Students will be given basic questions which will gradually become more complex throughout the session. At the end, I will go over a recap of all key points and give some questions for them to try out for the week ahead.
